Pledging for Financial Year 2021/22

Pledging for Financial Year 2021/22

Beloved Brothers and Sisters-in-Christ,

As our Church approaches the close of the financial year ending 31 July 2021, we praise God for His grace over the past year and His provisions for our Church especially in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We thank God and you for your dedicated, faithful and generous service and giving all these years for our Church.  We prayerfully seek the Lord’s blessing and your continued support for our Church’s coming financial year (1 August 2021 to 31 July 2022).

The rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation continues to present challenges for our 2021-2022 budget and it is difficult to predict what lies ahead.  Our Church leadership, i.e. the Local Church Executive Committee has carefully prepared our Church budget for 2021-2022.  We need to ensure we can maintain our church building and the support infrastructure, fulfil our responsibilities to our staff and our Conference Commitment to TRAC.

Information on the budget for the new financial year on our projected financial needs as well as a Pledge Form, has been mailed to all Church members.

We trust that you will prayerfully consider your financial commitment to give as the Lord leads and pray for God’s Grace as our Church faces financial and operating uncertainties in the foreseeable future.

Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or undercompulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”  (2 Corinthians 9:7)

While various modes of submitting pledges are available (as stated in the mailer), we would like to encourage members to submit their pledges electronically via this link.

Please submit your pledge before Pledge Sunday on 4 July 2021, where they will be dedicated to God at our Service.

With the physical church services suspended from time to time, we would like to encourage pledge contributions through electronic bank transfers or PayNow. Instructions on how to make electronic bank transfers and PayNow will be provided should you indicate this preference.

May God continue to bless you and your family as we join as one in Christ Jesus, to minister to the people around us in Ang Mo Kio and beyond.
