About the Speakers:
Joy Teo (physiotherapist) leads the capability building team at Happee Hearts Movement (HHM), and Deborah Quek (speech and language therapist) is involved in its training and educational efforts. Both have served with IDHealth, HHM’s specialised integrated health service for adults with intellectual disability, since it began. Founded in 2022 by Dr Chen Shiling, Singaporean of the Year 2026, IDHealth seeks to provide healthcare with heart, so that people with intellectual disability and their families can live with dignity.
Joy worships at Bartley Christian Church and Deborah at Bethesda Frankel Estate Church. They both have a heart for God and for loving people in Singapore and beyond.
