The AV Ministry serves God through the use of sound and visuals. It provides support for worship services, prayer meetings and any ad-hoc requests such as weddings. During the Contemporary services, the AV team also manages the simulcast between the main sanctuary and AMK Hub.
PRE-REQUISTIES
Interest in technology. No experience required, training is provided.
COMMITMENT
At least once a month.
The Children Ministry aims to provide the initial spiritual foundation for children of our Church members and worshippers to be solidly anchored and to grow in the knowledge of God’s Word, teachings and values. It also aims to reach out to children in the surrounding neighbourhood, by serving their immediate academic and character development needs. It hopes that with these foundations, our children will mature spiritually to become effective and serving members of our Church and the wider Christian community in Singapore.
PRE-REQUISTIES
Love for children. No experience required; training is provided.
COMMITMENT
At least once a month.
The Floral & Decorations Ministry serves God through the aesthetic arrangement of flowers for our weekly services, as well as beautifying the sanctuary for special events, such as Easter, Christmas, etc.

COMMITMENT
Floral: At least once every 2 months.
Decorations: Ad-hoc.
Prayer ministers act as intercessors to pray for members of the congregation. They serve mainly during the pre-service prayer segment and the Altar Ministry after service. Before the service starts, the prayer minister will lead the people to pray for different groups of people: the ministers who are serving on that day, the preacher, and the people who are coming. At the end of the service and during communion Sundays, prayer ministers will pray for people who come forward to the altar rails for prayer.

COMMITMENT
At least once a month.
Service Operation Leaders are the conduit for the contemporary services at the main sanctuary in church and AMK Hub. They ensure that pre-service prayers are conducted, coordinate the timing of the service and also the simulcast alongside the audio visual teams. They also give cues to the pastors to begin different segments of the service (i.eannouncements, tithes and offering collection, doxology, etc).

No experience required; training is provided.
COMMITMENT
At least once a month at Church or AMK Hub.
The Traffic Warden Ministry exists to ensure a safe church environment for the congregation. Our main task is to manage the flow of vehicles at the church entrance particularly before and immediately after church services where large numbers of members and cars arrive and leave the church building. We also help to direct members to walk along designated pathways, and assist members, especially the elderly and the physically disabled, to embark and disembark.
PRE-REQUISTIES
A humble and willing heart to serve. No experience required; training is provided.
COMMITMENT
At least once a month.
The Welcome Ministry is a ministry of welcoming, helping and serving people. Some of the tasks are operational, like pre-service set-ups and giving out bulletins, serving refreshments, or providing service-related information to worshippers on Sunday. At the same time, it is a people-centred ministry which aims to make people feel at home in the church, to be the ambassadors to new visitors, or to help guide the congregation to serve in ministries in church.
PRE-REQUISTIES
A love for people and a humble and willing heart to serve others.
COMMITMENT
At least once a month.
The Worship and Dance ministries are made up of believers called to facilitate the worship experience at AMKMC through music and dance, encouraging and leading the congregation into the presence of the Lord. Two different Worship teams serve at the two service locations of the Contemporary Service every Sunday morning.
PRE-REQUISTIES
Worship/Choir Ministry: able to play a musical instrument or sing.
Dance Ministry: No prior experience required; training is provided.
COMMITMENT
Worship Ministry: Practice session before Sunday; setting up and packing equipment before and after service. At least once a month.
Dance Ministry: Weekly practices.
Choir Ministry: Weekly practices and attendance for traditional services, or ad-hoc basis for special occasions e.g. Good Friday, Easter, Church Anniversary, Christmas etc.
The Youth Ministry is committed to helping young people build their lives, strengthen their identity, renew and transform their hearts upon the perfect foundation of Jesus Christ. It provides our young people opportunities to develop their gifts through service, experience God-honouring fun through biblical fellowship, and illumination from God’s word through our teaching. At the same time, we challenge youths to live for Christ.
PRE-REQUISTIES
Keen interest to help youths journey in life and grow in the Lord! Willing to prepare/teach/share basic Bible Study sessions. To have recommendation from established church leaders such as Cell Group Leaders. On-the-job training is provided.
COMMITMENT
At least once a month, and to commit to 1–2 years.
