Successful candidates will provide Pastoral Support in planning and executing programmes and initiatives with the aim of creating awareness and culture of outreach to members within the Church, our community, our city and to pre-believers, in the Christian Outreach and Social Concerns, Witness & Evangelism and Missions Ministries.
JOB SCope & Responsibilities
- Working with the Supervising Pastor, senior PTM and Ministry volunteers, plan and execute the Christian Outreach & Social Concerns, Witness & Evangelism, Missions programmes/events, e.g. Alpha; Tuition Ministry; Community Outreach events, Visit to Senior Activity Centre/Ren Ci Nursing Home etc.
- Manage the administrative and logistical set-up of the Christian Outreach & Social Concerns, Witness & Evangelism, Missions programmes/events.
- Be part of the larger church efforts for Christian education, discipleship and health of the cell groups.
- Coordinate with the other committees/ministries of the church in the outreach aspect of their initiatives, especially cell ministry. Cell ministry forms the backbone of our church and most volunteers come from cells.
- Manage the planning and the execution of assigned events in the Cell (Small Group) Ministry.
- Provide pastoral guidance to cell leaders
- Assist in managing the transition of new believers from outreach programmes and initiatives into Church life.
- Assist in other church-wide activities as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Theology/ Divinity or background from TCA College/ Singapore Bible College/ Trinity Theological College. Other related educational qualifications may be considered.
- Experience in Christian outreach and small group leadership roles preferred
