Church Camp (5-8 Jun 08), please note that on 8 Jun 08 (Sunday)
there will be NO 9.15am Worship Service, Children's Ministry &
5612 Ministry.
In conjunction with
the 30th Anniversary of our Church, we invite you to join us in
the production of our Commemorative Book on the
faithfulness and goodness of the blessings that God has given to
us all.
It is our intention
that this book will not only enable us to recount our journey with
God in our Church, but also be used to raise funds for our
forthcoming Church Redevelopment.
Pen your thoughts
about "What AMKMC means to me" in A4 size. You may write a
message, a poem (not more than 30 words), draw, or in any other
creative means, present your thoughts in the specified space.
Owing to time
constraints, please help us by dropping in your contribution by 22
Jun 08. A special box will be placed at the Information Counter.
Where space allows, we
hope to feature as many of your submissions as possible, so we
welcome your active participation in this project. We thank you
for your support to make this book a reality.
Registration is now
open for parents who wish to have their children
baptised on 20 Jul 08. (5.00pm Worship Service).

Hand, Foot & Mouth
Disease (HFMD)
Parents of children
from the various Children's Ministries, please take note as the HFMD
is on the rise, we will be screening all children at all our
services.
We will also
appreciate parents to help us on your part to screen your child
before coming to church.
If your child is not
well, please allow him/her to rest at home.
Your understanding &
cooperation on this matter will be much appreciated.
Sermon
on Tape and CD
Anyone wishing to
purchase copies of the Sunday's sermon, please approach the
Information Counter.
Cost
per sermon on Tape and CD is now at $3/-.
Recording of sermons at
8am Service will be the default unless speakers are different. CD
orders will be ready for collection the following Sunday. (Please
enquire about past sermon series and titles at the Information
Counter).
Cell Group Meetings
If you
are new to our Church and would like to join any of our cell groups
at their meetings and activities, kindly refer to our TRAC Notice
Board near the Information Booth for details regarding their meeting
times, venues and the contacts of our Cell Leaders.
Alternatively, you may
contact our Pastoral Team Members, Mr Roland Ang (for Adult Cells)
and Mrs Caroline Chew (for Young People Cells).
All Campers please be reminded to
assemble in church at 9am on 5 Jun 08 (Thursday).
For those who are driving up, must
be at the hotel by 5pm for the compulsory briefing session.
Bus seating arrangements have been
allocated. Please check your bus seat allocation in the Amstutz
Hall.
Parents with children (4-10 years old)
going for the Church Camp, please help your children bring the
following items:- Bible, stationery - scissors, colored
pencils/magic pens, glue and writing materials, sweater (in case the
Children's Room is very cold), Sports Wear for Special Night Item.
The Celebration Night theme is on the
Sporting Arena, so please bring along your various type of full
sporting apparel for this Special Night.
For those who have not received the
Camp Letter & Briefing Notes, please pick up a copy at the
Information Counter.

Mid-Week Bible Study
Programme - The Book of Ecclesiastes
The study on the Book of Ecclesiastes
will be conducted by Dr Mark Chan in the month of July 2008.

No cost needed but for the purposes of
printing teaching handouts, registration is needed.
The flights are priced at $20,000/-,
$10,000/- and $2,000/-. Church members and friends are encouraged to
invite their friends and colleagues to participate in this golf game
to help raise funds for the Church Redevelopment.

Our church Christian Outreach & Social
Concerns (COSC) Ministry will be making two initial trips to
Christalite Methodist Home (CMH) as part of the wider plan to
explore service/volunteer opportunities on a longer-term basis for
the church.
If you have a passion to minister to
the elderly do join us to bring cheer and joy to the residents
there. You will assist the staff in their various programs and have
fellowship with the residents through karaoke, handicrafts and other
recreational activities.
